Returns Policy
You have 30 days to return your order to us for a refund if you are unhappy with it for any reason. If you have selected the wrong size then we will exchange shirts free of charge for UK customers. Overseas customers will have to pay a contribution towards the re-shipping postage.
Christmas Returns – We extend our return window during the Christmas period as we appreciate you may be buying as a gift. Any item purchased from the 15th November to the 31st December may be returned up until the end of January.
The following items are non-refundable
· Items that are worn, washed, smell of cologne, or not in their original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
· Items marked as ‘Final Clearance’ cannot be refunded. Normal Sale or Reduced items can be returned for a refund or exchange.
· Where you are outside the statutory time period of 30 days to return your order.
Returns Procedure
· Log into your Subculture T-shirts account to access your order and select “Return” next to the item you would like to return.
· Once you have submitted your return request, it will have to be authorised by us. When your request has been accepted, you will be provided with a returns authorisation number.
· We will provide you with an address to return your item to and return instructions. Package the item up and send it back, including your order details. Please note all items must be returned via a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
· Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
· Refunds are made in no more than 30 days.
· We will only issue a refund or make an exchange upon receiving the returned item(s) in full resale condition.
Return of Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is sub-standard, please contact returns@subculturetshirts.com with your order details and a photo or description of the fault and your telephone number. We will then get back to you to resolve your issue.
International Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that it will be your responsibility to organise the return and that if you have paid duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges we will not refund those values to you, only the value per item we charged you will be refunded. We refund all orders in sterling only. We are not accountable for exchange rate fluctuations. Overseas customers will have to pay a contribution towards the re-shipping postage if you are returning the item for an exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of us confirming that we have received your return, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is pending. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to a credit card.
